How Are We Different?
Dr. Charles Opperman started Simplicity Health Direct Primary Care after having years of experience working in the traditional healthcare model. Dr. Opperman was frustrated from hearing story after story of patients getting outrageous bills for simple medical testing. He was exhausted by the constant administrative pressure to see more and more patients with less and less time. He often referred to the insurance model of practicing medicine as “gas station sushi,” drawing on similarities to the low-quality, high-output products that each represents.
Simplicity Health DPC is family-owned by Dr. Opperman and we aim to deliver modern medicine with old-fashioned service. We offer superior-quality primary care services at an affordable price. Like you, we are beyond frustrated by the current healthcare system.
