Family Membership

• For only $49 per month (or a discounted rate of $550 per year), children (aged 18 and under) of our members can enjoy the benefits of their parents' membership tier.

• This means that if you, as a parent, have a Platinum membership, your child will receive the same Platinum level benefits which include unlimited free visits and 24/7 cell phone access.

Individual Pediatric Membership

We've made sure that children whose parents are not members of our practice can also access our excellent care services. For these children, we offer the standard tier choices:

• The 'Under 40' Tier at $49 per month.

• The 'Platinum' Tier at $129 per month.

• The 'Diamond' Tier at $199 per month.

Each tier includes its own set of distinctive benefits and services.

Well-Child Visits

Regardless of the chosen plan, all child memberships (with or without parent memberships) include all standard well-child check-ups. We follow the comprehensive check-up schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP):

• Newborn, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months

• 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months

• Then annual checks from the age of 36 months (3 years) onwards.
